The 50 / 50 Club
- Our promotional collaboration for Ontario cycling associations and clubs
- The program applies to our themed cycling getaways (Gravel Grazer, Gravel Camp and Base Builder)*
- Members receive a $50 discount on our regular registration fees for club members
- The identified clubs or association receive 50% of the discount ($25) as a donation for each code use
- If the regular registration fee is already discounted (e.g. early registration discount) the $50 deduction does not apply but the $25 donation still does!
*Intro Bikepacking Weekend and custom group retreats not included.

Drivers
- We are proud to offer Ontario cyclists with in-province cycling getaways the highlight the incredible riding in our region and how farm-inspired personalized meals can support great days out on the bike.
- We have been lucky to welcome back repeat guests while continuing to engage with new folk.
- Today's marketing environment gives us the option of putting our marketing dollars into social media and online advertising, which means we are funding massive corporations.
- Through this program, we can connect with avid cyclist while directing our ad spend to supporting clubs!
- We would much rather have our promotional spend going to supporting more cycling in Ontario - for us, it is a win-win scenario.
Administration
- Club admin confirm their club is interested in the program, and we setup a code for their members to use (one code applicable to all retreat options)
- We provide content briefly describing each getaway and the program with links to our website
- Clubs promote our retreat options to their members with the club-specific code we provide
- Members sign up using the code and receive $50 off the registration amount
- $25 of their registration gets set aside
- At the end of the season (Oct-Nov) we distribute to the total amounts back to clubs via e-tsf
- No transaction fees for e-tsf distribution of funds to the club will be deducted by or charged by Missing Link Adventure Tours.
- Other fees, if incurred in order process or distribute the funds as a result of specific requirements of the recipient club will be deducted from the amount (e.g. expedited courier, cheque printing etc.)
- We do not deem use of a code to signify participating in a getaway as a club event. Use of the code is a promotional benefit as per any other discount offers made available to club members (e.g. shop or service discounts cycling or non-cycling related)
Transparency
- Information circulated to members includes a link to this page so all participants are aware of full program details.
- Participating organizations need to have a President/Chair and Treasurer role, who will be included on all communication regarding the amounts to be dispersed
- At the end of the season, organizations will be provided with a summary list of the members that used the code, including the following details (First/Last Name and Event Name)
- No other participant information is shared with recipient organization.
- The recipient organization cannot be changed by request of the member - distribution will be based on the organization associated with the code at time of use
Participating Clubs
- We have started reaching out to clubs and hope to add more soon.
