Our Accommodation

Welcome to our farmstay retreat! We provide year-round, simple and comfortable accommodation. Our main building offers three bedrooms with dorm-style accommodation. Two bedrooms are equipped with one double/single bunk and one single bunk. Each room can accommodate five people for groups or families. Our third bedroom offers a queen bed.

The two washrooms are shared and equipped with showers. There is a full service kitchen, a dining/lounge area and a large screened in porch for dining and relaxing.

Outdoors, we have a bike wash station and two cycling racks.

Your sleep is important to us!

We spend many hours of our life on our mattress. That’s why we feel it’s important to provide you with comfortable and non-toxic mattresses and bedding. Our mattresses are made with natural rubber latex, with an organic cotton and wool covering. Our bedding and towels are certified organic. No frills, just comfort.

On-site Store and Service Shop

We have an on-site store where we sell a small selection of cycling supplies and have a small fleet of mountain bikes for rental. Our service shop is available to guests for basic maintenance and repairs.

The Food

When you stay with us, you have the option of adding on food packages that will help make your stay easier and more flavourful! All of our dishes are based on using whole, nutritious foods. We use as many vegetables, fruits, and herbs from our farm as possible, according to the season. We also use other local products, such as honey, maple syrup, wild-crafted goods, and more, and we purchase organically produced goods first, if available.

The Veggie Load – Available Spring, Summer & Fall

One week ahead of your stay, select which vegetables you’d like to have us harvest and have ready for you in the fridge! The variety of produce we offer will vary according to season. Prices will vary as the seasons change. We’ll provide you with a produce price list in advance.

Easy Days – Available All-season

Choose from our selection of prepared side dishes to simplify your meals, and we’ll have them ready for you in your fridge! Examples of side dishes include a variety of salads, vegetable side dishes, spreads and desserts, with a focus on what’s in season. Selection and pricing will be available upon booking.

Farm Boot Porch Dinners – Available Summer & Fall

Let us make dinner for you one night of your stay! We make dinner for you in the kitchen and serve it family style on the screened in porch. We can accommodate most dietary preferences. Pricing is $45/person with a minimum of 4 guests.

Retreat Cycling Packages – Available All Season

For group cycling retreats, we can design a meal package for your group during your stay. Contact us in advance to arrange specifics.

Environmentally Conscious Building & Products

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We sought out the most environmentally friendly products we could while staying within the commercial building code to help conserve energy, reduce waste, and reduce indoor off-gassing.  Other eco-friendly aspects to our construction include cellulose attic insulation, zero VOC paints and non-toxic finishes, fiberglass windows, sustainable flooring materials, GreenGuard certified shower backings, energy star lighting fixtures, FSC certified wood and organic mattresses, linens, and towels.
