Booking and Payments Policy 

2-night minimum stay, except Ontario Long Weekends are 3-night minimum stay.

Payment due in full for reservation to be made.

Payment by Interact E-Tsf:

No service charge for Interact E-Tsf. To retain your reservation, please submit payment by Interact E-tsf to info@mlat.ca within 48 hours.  Your reservation may be cancelled if payment is not received.  We are set-up for auto-deposit. Include your "Booking Number" found on your reservation confirmation e-mail when submitting your payment by e-tsf.

Payment by Credit Card:

If selecting payment by CC during your reservation, you will receive an invoice with payment information at the e-mail address you provided during booking.  Please submit payment within 48 hours or your reservation may be cancelled. 3.4% processing fee added for payments made by credit card.

HST added to fees unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@mlat.ca.

Full refund: More than 15 days - Full refund if cancellation is made before 15 days of the start of the reservation (15 days before the date of arrival).

Example - if arriving on the 15th of the month, cancellation would need to be requested before the 1st of that month.

50% refund: 15 to 7 days - 50% refund if cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days before the date of arrival.

No refund: No refunds for cancellations within 7 days before the date of arrival. 

Disclaimer and Liability:

  • The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
  • Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms, or vehicles and contents on-site.
  • Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service. We have zero tolerance for disrespectful behaviour towards staff, property, neighbours and owners.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time is after 2:00PM and check-out time is until 11:00AM.
  • Late check-in optional. Contact us if you have any questions.
  • Door code and wifi password provided in check-in information package
  • Host typically on-site at check-in

Waiver:

  • Guests are responsible and required to complete a waiver prior to any use of the on-site trails.
